Dr. Cory Hartman is a licensed psychologist, a psychotherapist, and a licensed life coach. She is the author of the best-selling book, “Mindfulness for Beginners”. Dr. Hartman is a graduate of Harvard Business School, and she has worked with executives at many Fortune 500 companies, including Google, eBay, and American Express.
