So when you get a bottle of Vitamin C from the grocery store, it can actually make your skin appear red, dark brown, and even redder when you apply it to your face. However, Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant, so you don’t want to apply too much to your skin and risk burning yourself. When you see vitamin C on your skin, it actually appears to be glowing and it looks pretty great.
