I was recently given the chance to sit down with a very smart, very beautiful woman who told me that as a single woman in her 50’s she had very few fears, which was a very comforting thing to hear. But, it struck me because the way she was talking about self-awareness and the importance of self-awareness, it sounded a bit like she might need to get into therapy. That’s when I laughed.
People who know me well might know that it is not just the fact that I am a big fan of self-awareness, but that I am a big fan of self-awareness and always have been. But, as it turns out, I have also become my own therapist, which means that I can’t bring myself to do anything that makes me uncomfortable. Or, I can, but it feels like I’m sabotaging myself.
So, I have finally made it to the end of this year and I feel that I have finally figured out who my real friends are. I realized that the friends that I have with me are my friends. They are not friends in a romantic sense, but they are my friends in a genuine sense: friends who I can have fun with and laugh with. And, that is the first step of self-awareness.
Self-awareness is the ability to recognize when you’re making the wrong choice and to either change or get rid of the decisions that you’re making. It’s the ability to recognize that you are doing something that feels wrong and to make a conscious decision to let go of it. When we feel that we’re making the wrong choice, it’s important to understand that we are not the only ones who feel that way.
The second level of self-awareness is the ability to find the right way to do things. When we find ourselves in a situation where we are thinking that way, we should be able to help ourselves. If we can’t find the right way to do things, we don’t have to do the right thing and learn from it. If we can’t find what we are doing, our lives are less predictable.
It’s not always easy to see things clearly at first. If you have a tendency to always follow your own path, you will be the one who has to deal with the consequences when others follow a different path. If you get stuck in a situation where you cant get out, you need to learn from it. This is the second level of self-awareness.
This is the third level. Learning from a mistake you made in the past can be difficult. It may even be impossible. But if you are able to learn from it, you are able to move on and learn from your mistakes in the future. This is actually the first level of self-awareness.
As soon as you learn that you are on autopilot, you have to learn the next level. If you’re not able to move on to the next level, then you have to learn the next level. Then, if you do learn the next level, you have to learn the next level again. This is the fourth level of self-awareness.
Self-awareness is the ability to learn from your mistakes. This is actually pretty simple. You have to learn to stop worrying about what other people think or how other people feel. You have to learn to stop worrying about how people are going to judge you based off of your past actions and decisions.
The problem is a lot of people don’t know when to stop worrying about how others are going to judge them. When they are trying to accomplish something, they want to move on to the next level of self-awareness. When they are making a mistake, they want to learn from it. So, rather than worrying about how people are going to judge you, you should focus on how you are going to learn from your mistakes. That’s the part that people often forget.
