I have to say that I’m really glad that I started a few weeks or so before the holidays, because it gave me the time to do some hard work on my face. I usually start by working out once a week, but the holidays can be a really great time to do it every day if you want it to feel like a workout. The only other way to do this is to do it in the winter or if you have a lot of snow.

Face exercises can be really helpful for other reasons too. I find that once I’ve got my body in the right frame of mind I can do a lot more than I thought I could. I can get a new look, and in the best cases can even get a whole new wardrobe. It’s just another way to spice up my life.

You can easily do 10-15 face lifts a day and you don’t have to go to a gym, just buy a face lift kit and get it filled with a bunch of exercise bands and a face bar. It will help you lose that extra 10-20 pounds that you gain while doing all those other things.
