I used to get really skintight about skincare. I would only apply products on a daily basis, and I would often only go to the dermatologist or my favorite spa when I needed a makeover. Sometimes it’s important that you do what you can, but it’s also important that you do this in a way that is good for you. I’m not saying don’t do things that are bad for you, but be aware of when something you can do is something you can’t do.

I love the idea of being able to change your habits. You can train your body to do more of what you want it to do without any pain to your system. The problem is that if you’re training your body to change its habits in a harmful way, then you’re probably hurting yourself. It becomes hard to know when it’s a bad habit that’s causing you pain. That’s why I can’t imagine how anyone could do bad habits skincare.
