I’m not sure if it is the cold or just my aging body but I seem to get a lot of chapped lips from time to time. I was actually talking to a gal a couple of weeks back and she was telling me about how she was going to be out of the house for a while and that she was planning to come in off the ice and just wear a hat. She didn’t know the cold was really what was causing this, but I do.
I dont know if it’s the cold or just my aging body but there are times when my lips seem to get chapped. I am a huge proponent of wearing hat, gloves, or even sunglasses when exercising. I think its because the cold causes the skin to become thinner and vulnerable to chapping, then you can’t really put your lips in contact with the wind because you are rubbing them all over.
I just had a discussion with a friend who is a runner. I asked him if he’d ever had chapped lips, and he said no. I just told him that I’m not sure I have either. Maybe it’s the wind, but it’s been a while since I’ve been running.
This is an interesting theory, but I don’t think I have chapped lips. Or did, when I was younger. I had chapped lips, but they were when I was younger. So, although I wouldn’t recommend wearing a hat to exercise, you don’t have to.
I think I probably have chapped lips because I was younger, I had chapped lips, and I had chapped lips when I was younger. That’s kind of the same thing, just like wearing a hat.
Chapped lips are when you have excess wax or oil on your lips. The wax is preventing the skin from drying out and giving your lips a chapped look. This is also a sign of having too much body fat, which if you have excess fat, your lips will actually get lumpy.
It’s the same thing as having too much body fat.
When you have too much body fat it causes your lips to puff out. If you have excess fat on your lips, your lips will actually get lumpy.
When you have excess body fat, your lips can literally become chapped. When the lips are chapped, it can lead to the skin beneath them to get oily. If you have excess body fat on the lips, your lips will actually get lumpy.
This is a common issue among men, and one that can cause you to have a hard time speaking up. To illustrate this problem, I recommend this video, in which a gentleman who is losing his voice explains his difficulty with this problem. But I can tell you that the problem is real.
