Dermal moisturizer is the quickest way to reduce the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin tone, wrinkles and pores. Dermal moisturizer is meant to be used as a daily routine product. The reason you would use dermal moisturizer regularly is because it is not only hydrating and soothing, but it can be used to reduce any skin discoloration or wrinkles.
Dermal moisturizers are designed to be used in conjunction with serums and other cosmetics. In the case of dermal moisturizers, a serum is used to increase the hydration of the skin. Serums are also a very common ingredient in dermal moisturizers. In most cases, it is used to give a more natural-looking result for the user. You can tell from the name that a dermal moisturizer is a quick fix.
It is a quick fix because we can take the time to apply it on the skin. The problem is it is often not as quick as it should be, especially when you have sensitive skin. When you have sensitive skin, you will notice that it takes a lot longer to feel the benefits of a dermal moisturizer than you would if you were using a serums.
Dermal moisturizers are typically available in two forms: Liquid and Gel. Liquid is a cream that dries slowly, making your skin more “relaxed.” Gel is more like a gel manicure with the added benefit of a light, yet soothing feel. If you have sensitive skin, you should know that these products tend to work best on dry, rough skin. Gel is also designed to be more protective against harmful UV rays.
Dermal moisturizers offer more benefits than simply being absorbed into the skin. They create a protective barrier that keeps cells, toxins, dirt, and dust from getting into your pores. The good thing about dermal moisturizers is that they help with the signs of aging on your face. They also help to lift dark circles and puffiness and to minimize the appearance of bags under your eyes.
So I always say, “If you’re looking for a concealer that covers all your imperfections, you’ll likely find what you want and want what you’re looking for.” If you’re looking for something that’s going to stay put, you’ll probably get what you want, but sometimes you’ll find that it can’t stay put and it’s only a matter of time.
Dermal moisturizers can be a little weird because they are made from artificial materials. They look great after you apply them, they only hold about 12-14% of your moisture (which means when you apply them, they are getting very wet and need to be wiped off in between application). But if you don’t want to use a lot as a concealer, they are kind of like artificial coloring. The color is very similar to your color perception, but different.
Dermal moisturizers are often sold in the same places as fake eyelashes (or worse, fake eyelashes for real). You can buy a decent ones that last forever at an office supply store. But a good dermal moisturizer can last in a drawer for months. When you apply them, they are actually not that wet, they are getting much more like a water-based creme. This is why you should never apply them with a cotton ball.
The dermal touch is actually a very effective way of concealing your skin for sun, heat, and extreme weather. For most people, it’s a good alternative to a hat or sunglasses and it’s very easy to use. It’s also very easy to forget to apply and thus not be able to block sun rays. In the summer, I’m all about wearing a hat for a change and dermablend is my go-to.
Dermal-touch products generally don’t work too well under clothing or makeup, so if you’re going to use them for concealer (or any other concealer), wear a hat or sunglasses. If you don’t, you’ll just end up with a big blotchy blotchy face.
