I’ve always had an affinity for water, which is how I knew the taste of green tea. I don’t remember ever having a problem with my water. I’m a believer that water can only be enjoyed by the healthy. I’ve tried to incorporate the health aspects of green tea into my daily life. I’ve also found that in times of stress, drinking green tea can be a very calming and restorative way to reduce anxiety.
It is true, Ive also found that if I try to drink green tea, it may be too acidic to work. When I was growing up, I always tried to get a cup of tea every morning, and I think that’s what I came up with.
