The name of this product was a bit misleading. It’s not niacinamide with retinol. It is simply retinol with niacinamide. Niacinamide is a form of niacin where you take niacin to a higher stage (like the liver) while retinol is an anti-oxidant. The more niacinamide you have in your system, the higher your level of niacinamide is.
A few years ago I wrote a blog post about the niacinamide use in the diet, but I haven’t found it very useful. I’d have to say that I’m not sure how I can use it without having to give up on niacinamide.
The problem is that niacinamide is a blood thinner, where as retinol is an anti-oxidant. So it makes sense that niacinamide would be good for your blood, but I have yet to find any studies that prove that. I do think that it is the combination of niacinamide and retinol that can help with our blood, but I dont know that there is much to it.

In the niacinamide study, it was found that people taking niacinamide in combination with retinol achieved better blood levels than those taking only retinol. Unfortunately, it is unclear if this was due to niacinamide or retinol working together.
In my experience, retinol has a tendency to make me a little crazy. That may be why I would rather take a pill to reduce my blood pressure than take a blood thinner like nitroglycerin. As for the niacinamide study, it may be useful to read a paper that has a list of other studies that have shown the efficacy of niacinamide, but they are not as conclusive as the niacinamide study.
I wouldn’t recommend taking niacinamide alone unless you’re really desperate. But if you do, it’s probably going to help you lose weight, which may be a good thing.

The other good news is that retinol is a drug that is often added to a person’s diet to help them lose weight. However, the blood pressure medication is important to take to prevent heart attacks and strokes, and the weight loss of taking blood thinners can increase the risk of such disease.
The main reason to take a blood thinner is not weight loss, but the fact that we all have blood thinners that are so addictive that they become addictive in the end. If you have a blood thinner you are also able to lose weight. We can get away with this, but it can also be a very dangerous thing to take a blood thinner.
