I have always been a huge fan of the self-care sunday images because they are very simple and effective. They encourage us to be more mindful of the things that really matter in our lives.

I am a big believer in self care. I’ve been taking care of my body and my mind for years, and I feel that I’ve gotten quite a lot out of it. I want to make sure that I can do all of my self care workbook assignments with good results. But I also want to ensure that I’m taking care of my body and my mind properly.
