I think this is the most common and annoying question I get asked when I teach yoga. I’m constantly being asked to describe my elbows while bending forward. I’m also asked to describe the most common stretches for my arms. It’s a similar question that I get asked when I teach meditation, and that is what I write about here.
I think the term “dry elbows” really applies to the way an individual’s elbows are bent. This can be an extension from the biceps (the upper arm muscles which are used for lifting things) and can also be a result of the rotator cuff (the small end of the arm which is used for the joints of the forearm). The biceps and rotator cuff are just two of the many areas that are affected by dry elbow.

There are a number of other reasons why people who have elbows are dry. And for the most part people that have elbows dry will stop when it comes to the elbow. The dry elbow is a common problem, but it takes a while for someone who has never had a dry elbow to find that out.

This is a common misconception. It’s very common for people that have flat elbows to want to do a variety of exercises, but they don’t always realize that this is what makes their elbows dry. You see, when your elbows are dry, you can’t bend your elbows as far as you’d like to.
You don’t have a clue if you really want to do a variety of exercises. You dont know if you really want to do a variety of exercises. So if you want to do a variety of exercises, you have to do a lot of things. You dont have a clue what you would do. And then you have to figure out how to do a lot of things. If you dont know what you want to do, you cant do a variety of exercises.

I am a guy who likes to do a variety of things. I like to do a lot of things. Things that I have no clue what I would do if I had to do them. I like to do a variety of things.
You cant just grab the first exercise that pops into your head. You would have to decide what exercises are most important by asking yourself what you want to do.
